We know that?most?of our returning customers will need to?reorder the items they have purchased before?online, so for all our returning customers’ convenience,?we’ve created this easy how-to guide.
Login to your account by clicking here or clicking either of the links on our website shown below:
On the Login Page enter your account details. Your username is the email address you used when ordering and if you have forgotten your password you can click here or click the link on the login page as shown below to reset it.
On the ‘My Account’ page you will see all orders currently pending and completed on?your account. When your previous order(s) have been marked ‘Completed’ you can click on the ‘View’ Button as shown below.
On the next screen you will be able to review the order (ensuring that it contains the correct items for re-ordering). Simply press the ‘Order Again’ button to add the same products to your Shopping Cart once again.
You will then be brought to your shopping cart. Here you can add in a discount coupon code, update the quantity of product(s) you wish to order. Once you click ‘Proceed to Checkout’ you will be brought to the Checkout Screen where you can?update your billing details (if required), select your pickup location and complete payment to confirm your order.
Please note: You can only use the ‘Order Again’ facility on COMPLETED orders. Orders that have been cancelled/refunded or remain incomplete due to non-payment will not display the ‘Order Again’ button on your account.
